User Data and Security

The data you submit on this site is and remains your property and responsibility. If you participate in assessments, benchmarks and audits using this site, you specifically agree that your data will be used to compile anonymous reference groups based on quality, region and or sector. Your data will never be shown or used independently or used in a way that your organisation can be traced. If you choose to recall your data, an extra charge will be applicable for all the time spent in handling the request and the audit and a correction of 50% of the licence fee over the past year. Data will only be taken from the database and returned to the client after the aforementioned charge and all other outstanding invoices have been paid in full. Q-monitor considers this a fair policy as the value of the reports in this site is largely based on client data. Reference groups created based on recalled client data will continue to remain in the database for use in reports and research analysis.
Q-monitor will do its best to securely store and manage your data and will demand the same from its contractors who are involved in storing and managing your data. A formal audit on data protection and security may be done on client request, but not more than once a year and at their expense, which include the time spent by Q-monitor and its contractors in working with the auditor. The auditor must be a truly independent registered EDP auditor based in The Netherlands. Auditors need to be able to perform their task in the Dutch language AND the English language.
