ISO/IEC 20000 versie van de ITSMF Benchmark is online en de E-consulting mode is nu operationeel.

Het beantwoorden van vragenlijsten is ineens een stuk makkelijker geworden, want uw validerende consultant hoeft in eerste instantie niet eens on site te zijn. Bij iedere vraag kunt u uw verzoek om nader overleg specificeren en in vrije tekst aangeven wat de situatie is. Nadat de vragenlijst is voltooid, zal de consultant reageren en daarna de vragenlijst weer her-openen. Naast een hele goede documentatie levert dit ook nog eens een efficiëntere tijdsbesteding op bij zowel de invuller als de consultant.

This initiative originally started as ITSMF-Benchmarking but to enable other communities to join we changed the label to Best Practice For ALL. It is designed to offer clients an opportunity to measure their own performance using self assessments and by using consultants via Quick Scans, Benchmarks and Audits. Consultancies can join as a partner to this initiative. They will be able to use the Quick Scans and Benchmarks with their clients as soon as they become available.
