This site offers consultancy independent assessments, Benchmarks and audits based on international standards and best practices. This initiative originally started as ITSMF-Benchmarking but to enable other communities to join we changed the label to Best Practice For ALL. It is designed to offer clients an opportunity to measure their own performance using self assessments and by using consultants via Quick Scans, Benchmarks and Audits. Consultancies can join as a partner to this initiative. They will be able to use the Quick Scans and Benchmarks with their clients as soon as they become available.
